Parke Gordon law is the number one law office to call. They handled my case as if I was family. Every time I called and had a question it was answered, every detail of my case was explained to me, and they did above and beyond to make sure that I was compensated, and that my case was handled exactly how it's supposed to. This was my first time (and hopefully my time) ever dealing with a personal injury lawyer but I can't imagine any other law office that could top the customer service and the experience and the thoroughness that Parke Gordon did. I will always be forever grateful.

They were horrible. I asked a direct question and they just straight up lied. I called a different lawyer and got the real answer. I then called back and they got pissy and wanted to know who I called. I told them and the the best part they had a partner call me back and fire me as a client. Thank God. Easy question. If I'm not satisfied with how the State Insurance fund is handing my case is there a commission that hears grievances. Answer no and I can thank the Idaho State legislature for that. It just didn't sound right so I asked and found out the snotty woman on the other end of the line is a liar. Thank God for all the little things he does for me. I have a real attorney now and I am ever so grateful.

My aunt was hesitant to get an attorney because she didn't know how things would pan out. After talking with her she felt that getting an attorney would be the best thing for her and her daughter. Mat Parke and his team here in Boise are outstanding. Despite an expectedly uncooperative insurance agency, they were able to help me after my injury accident. They got all medical bills covered and were willing to answer any and all questions along the way. Always fast, responsive, and insightful, they got my case settled without anything out of pocket (though they do take 1/3 of the settlement, I'm sure it was worth it because they were able to negotiate a higher settlement than I could have gotten on my own).
