I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this law firm. The legal assistant exhibited unprofessional behavior, and my inquiries were consistently dismissed with instructions to seek legal advice elsewhere,which is perplexing given that I was already at a law office. The attitude of the legal assistant was particularly concerning, and felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Due to the lack of communication and assistance, I am now facing significant challenges in pursuing child support from an unfit parent. This law firm's failure to provide proper guidance and support has left me in a difficult position. I STRONGLY advise others to consider alternative law firms, as this one appears more interested in financial gain than in providing serious support, their lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable, and I believe their practice should be reviewed for potential license revocation.

This firm and Heidi doesn’t even deserve the minimum 1 star! Heidi is completely useless! All they care about is representing the fraudulent/Corrupt Corporate STATE Court! She’s clueless about the law and violates her Oath! Stay as far away from this firm as possible!

Tyler Rounds was absolutely amazing. His staff was friendly and always there to help. Tyler was very attentive to all my questions and wishes. He made my custody case less stressful and was always able to ease my nerves. I would recommend him to anyone. I have 3 other friends that have also used him and had wonderful experiences. I plan to use him again for another custody case. 10/10 would recommend him.

I was fortunate to have Heidi Koonce represent my girlfriend in an extremely difficult criminal case. Heidi was able to secure her freedom from Ada County and keep her from serving time with Idaho Department of Corrections. After speaking with other criminal attorneys in the area, no one could believe my girlfriend was released from custody. I am very greatful to her. Very friendly and good attorney

Worst office of attorney's specifically Heidi Koonce. Please avoid at all cost if you don't want to loose your hard working money and time. When my sister needed her help all she wanted was get paid and get rid of my sister by having her plead guilty to any offer. Shame on you. I'm sure there is better and Caring Attorney's out there that will fight for people's rights and injustice charges than this so called attorney.
