Used Jim as court appointed Negotiator at beginning of Divorce. Read the other Google reviews, At the time I'm posting this it looks like they're all women. I am a man. I had a very young daughter , and a nuclear ex wife. In my opinion , When we negotiated the parenting agreement I was not as well informed as I could be by Jim, I feel that the circumstances largely benefited my ex wife. I would say he was careful to remain unbiased, However the circumstances And his guidance through negotiation Left by ex wife with a substantial amount of custody Add happy to sacrifice little to none to make this work incredibly well in her favor. I had attempted to find a more amicable Situation However we were unable to revisit our parenting plan because of some red tape With the Justice system. I can't speak about Jim as an attorney My only experience with him is negotiating a parenting plan I would sternly advise people in the future to examine all options if they are in the same situation in Canyon county.

Jim was personally recommend to me and boy was I happy that I hired him. Both Jim and his assistant were easily more competent and experienced than my ex’s attorney, had we of gone to trial I would of been very confident going into the court room. I can’t recommend them enough, very thorough, professional and dedicated. Jim’s legal assistant is an absolute asset to the team and an absolute delight to deal with.
