To All, When I contacted Kelso Lindsay regarding my divorce, we spoke on the phone for about 10 minutes, right away I knew Mr. Lindsay was a compassionate Attorney that was very knowledgeable and concerned. He asked me to come to his office, I said I would meet him there. Upon my arrival his paralegal Tara was very professional and attentive. Kelso and I met and I'm sure he knew he had an emotionally charged client! Mr. Lindsay and Tara were absolutely the best thru the entire process of my divorce and the 2 protection orders that were fraudulent. Mr. Lindsay is a very protective lawyer for his clients. Mr. Lindsay protected me and my concerns from a predator that would stop at nothing to demoralize and devalue me to protect her lies. Mr. Lindsay and his paralegal Tara is the best there is!!!! Mr. Lindsay is a pillar of a man that anyone can trust, he is caring, compassionate, genuine, and without hesitation, above all Mr. Lindsay has a big heart and is deeply concerned with his client. In my life I have seen very few Attorney's in action in a court room. However, Mr. Lindsay in a court room is a "Beast" he certainly knows his way around a court room and his professional etiquette is awe inspiring to say the least. Anyone seeking an Attorney in Idaho, need not look any farther, Mr. Lindsay is absolutely the best Attorney! Hopefully, I will never need an Attorney again, however if I do J. Kelso Lindsay is the only Attorney I will ever call. There are not enough words in the English dictionary that could pay enough accolades to such a stellar man!!!! How do you describe Kelso? He is a mix of a really easy going guy who knows everything will be just fine, and the guy who will tell you EVERYTHING you don't want to hear. At first, this didn't make me feel great, however, I had to come to accept that what he was doing was being brutally honest. He wasn't going to lie to me to make me feel better, and that is exactly what I needed. He was also great at taking the fear out of the the other attorney and their loud tantrums. When I knew he could handle that person and knew how to work around their overreactions, I began to trust that I wasn't on the losing end at all, but rather on the side that would get through this process with head held high and knowing I didn't lower to their pettiness. Already past my divorce, Kelso came into my situation when we realized mediation didn't answer all of the questions or solve all of the problems in our divorce. He gave me many hard truths but that came from his extensive experience in being a judge as well as studying the way our local judges typically side. He also helped to counsel me in my personal actions so that I was making the best decisions for my child and not letting my anger or hurt blind me. By the end, my ex and I had each lost some battles and won some battles, but ultimately Kelso helped me keep my head on straight and got me through the process with far fewer scars than I expected. I genuinely appreciate all of the patience, support and tolerance Kelso showed me and I would gladly recommend him to others.

Kelso is an incredibly gifted attorney and a kind, compassionate man. I interviewed a couple of attorneys before choosing Kelso. I chose him because I could tell immediately that he was truly interested in helping me through my divorce and making sure that received the best settlement possible. I can honestly say I would not have made it through my divorce without him. Anytime I called him with even the smallest question or concern he not only answered my phone call personally but took the time to give me a thorough answer. Kelso was there for me every step of the way. He could tell how scared I was to be in the same room with my ex for the mediation and insisted that we conduct it in separate rooms with the mediator going back and forth. It was all the little things like that made it so much easier for me to get through all of it. I would absolutely recommend Kelso for any situation that you need an outstanding, knowledgeable attorney and compassionate advocate representing you.

Absolutely amazing! I had a pretty unique case regarding custody and child support for my one year old son. In my case, the father lived in Idaho and I was living in Florida. Kelso was very caring and compassionate about my particular case. I could tell that he genuinely wanted what was best for my son and I will be forever grateful. He definitely did his research and I could not have felt more confident going into court. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I am allowed to continue living in Florida with my son and the father gets visitation for four weeks per year. I highly recommend him!
