I worked with Martha on divorce mediation a short time ago, and although the mediation was not successful, Martha was a great help and support for me. She came highly recommended, and after spending 3 hours with her, I would certainly retain her again.

Martha helped my husband and I adopt our 2 foster kiddos. She was so kind and helpful with any questions we had along the way. At court she took care of everything and made sure we felt comfortable and calm. She is a wonderful attorney and I’m so thankful we used her.

Went there for mediation. She failed to put items down that were discussed then "clarified" by revising the agreement which meant adding things not on the original agreement to the benefit of the other party causing further argument and more legal fees afterward. Good mediators get the agreement made up and signed before you leave to prevent this kind of thing. If you choose her make sure you get the agreement signed BEFORE you leave or it's a waste of your time and money going here.

DO NOT use any mediation through Roletto Law you will get screwed like I did get an attorney that is competent and fast I was so frustrated with Martha's lack of communication that I didn't understand fully what I was signing I just wanted it done and now I'm completely screwed so don't be like me DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR OFFICE get a real attorney that will listen and get the job done correctly.

Martha was recommended to me by an attorney in spokane. I used her services on two separate matters. in the first I was in a vehicle that was pulled over whithout cause. And she easily got everything dismissed and my property returned. she was able to do this whithout me even having to go to court. I am a client of Martha's and she has been an amazing help to me and my family. My daughter and son-in-law where killed in a car accident a little over a year ago, they left 2 children a 17 year old and 13 year old. They came to live with me. Never going thru anything like this before I really had no idea what would need to be done. Martha was the 2nd lawyer we called ( the first was awful no help could care less) and after explaining what had happened she was so kind and helpful. So much compassion and help to us. It was a pretty ruff year for us but with Martha's generous help and understanding we made it. Every question was answered and if she didn't know she found out and i know she took care of things that I could have but she was so caring...... We had court several times and everything was always explained. She found us an amazing estate attorney also.
