Robert was very helpful in guiding us through estate planning and creating a trust for us. He brought up a lot of things we had never thought about but are so important to discuss now and have a plan in place. I can now leave for vacations not stressed about my plane crashing and leaving my son with a mess to figure out. I highly recommend Kootenai Law Group.

My contact with Kootenai Law was for a review of my Revocable Trust because the original had been completed in another State. Everyone was very friendly, and I felt comfortable talking with Robert Green regarding my trust. He was very knowledgeable, and assisted with making sure the wording of my trust would be very clear to Successor and Secondary Trustees.

Robert was impatient and rude in refusing to help me wrap up some confusing details I was left with after paying him for my trust. I was overwhelmed by everything he threw at me to finalize this trust, and I clearly needed his extra help and attention...I would have paid extra. But apparently his trust fee was for a boilerplate trust and he was unwilling to help beyond that. As a senior, I would have appreciated a lot more guidance and assistance from him. Very bad 'bedside manner.' As well, his paralegal was shrill, also impatient, and cold. The receptionist was really the only genuinely kind person in the group.

This law firm has been professional and efficient from the start. As someone who is out of state and dealing with an unknown situation, Kootenai Law Group made everything clear, fair and professional. I highly recommend without reservation.
