Where do I begin! I guess it was with the first phone call. First we were directed to a nice lady that made us feel comfortable and confident that she would be taking care of us. I made a bad choice.... felt like I needed to hire an attorney to represent me to my attorney! Very difficult to get any responses. I felt like my daughter and I didn’t matter. We were too insignificant for the firm. The attorney would share inappropriate personal excuses why I wasn’t getting responses. Yes he ended up not charging me for his work but would have preferred to pay for quality representation.

I have only good things to say about this firm and this team. Starting with Mr. Sargent who is truly one of a kind. I was in a motorcycle accident a few weeks ago and having never had been through anything like that before I had no idea what the process looked like as far as insurance and injuries were concerned. Everyone at Sargent’s has been amazing at explaining to me the process step by step and answering any questions I might have.
