I was hit by a car that was speeding and the sargent firm represented me. I was very happy with everything. I am a little biased because I am family but they did a great job. My case was against Aaa insurance and they tried to blame me when I was rear ended.

I highly recommend Ryan Sargent and his team if you are looking to hire a lawyer who will get the job done well. They have very good customer service and I was happy with working with them. I wouldn't advise going against the insurance company without having Ryan as your lawyer.

He is very personable, easy to talk with, listens intently, and all in all a great person and an amazing attorney! I had a very difficult case because the officer who came to the scene was inexperienced and straight out didn't like me and claimed I was at fault for the accident. I contacted Ryan explaining I got a raw deal! He listened intently as I explained what happened and against many odds, he took my case because he believed me. It took time, but Ryan and his team pulled all the proof together showing I was not at fault and got me a settlement I couldn't even dreamed of!!! Thank you Ryan and your team, I had my back to the wall and not only did you prove my innocence, but all my medical bills were paid and I received a handsome settlement. First thing I am doing is getting me a new car!! :)

I hired Ryan after I hurt my neck in a car accident off the 15 freeway by the casino in Temecula. I never had a lawyer before and they were great. They explained the process from beginning to end and always called me back promptly. Even after hours they have a 24 HR call center I could leave a message with a live person. My case settle for the policy limits of the guy that hit me and I was really happy with the result. I definitely recommend Ryan and his staff. I will be referring all my friends and family to Ryan. I hired him, he moved offices. I left voicemails that often took months to receive a call back. He missed appointments. He eventually got the job done, and I don't know if it was him or his office staff that handled things poorly. Good lawyer, bad customer service.
