I was facing a pair of charges that had the potential to upend my Career and have me serve mandatory minimum jail time. Immediately after meeting Mr Sullivan i knew that my case was in good hands. He charged a very fair flat fee, and was excellent at explaining possible outcomes and strategies to a legal novice like myself. He meticulously scrutinized the facts and evidence of the case, including the discovery, video, and Statements that i made. When it came time for court his hard work showed. The Dui was dropped to a much lesser offence, and the other charge dropped completely. I would highly reccomend Joe to anyone facing legal trouble!

Mr. Sullivan is a great lawyer. He applied his in-depth knowledge of Idaho statues and worked fiercely with the county prosecutor to reach a favorable outcome regarding my case. I would highly recommend him if you receive a citation, are arrested, or believe you are under investigation in the state of Idaho.

Mr. Macdonald was the attorney for the people suing myself and my sister on the sell of my home. To say how good of an attorney he is...he sued us 3 times and lost all three. He attempted to blackmail me by sending me two emails threatening that I needed to talk to my sister about her litigation strategy and/or pay his clients $15k attorney bill or he would file another law suit against me. When I didn't comply with his threats he filed a frivolous lawsuit against me and illegally served me by having the process server post to a door of a residence that I didn't even live at, lied in his affidavits to the courts stating I was avoiding server, served me by publication every two weeks in the paper and didn't state the nature of the case in his notice. He lost in court on all three of these counts and my case was dismissed. His clients signed a Deed of Trust for payment to him when they sold the house for they were not paying him for his serves or lack of and the interesting part is the Deed stated to pay him and listed his home address. Not the firm's address but his personal address. ~hummm~ His clients lost part of their land (boundary by agreement) due to his incompetence and all they got after a 3+ yr court battle and 3 law suits later was a large attorney bill to pay, however his clients were as unethical as he was so they as well got what they deserved. If you want an attorney that knows the law and is ethical and not a cheat and liar than don't use this guy. If you want an attorney that doesn't know the law and lies, cheats and tries to bully people into what he wants than this is your guy...however if you choose this guy when you go to court you will not be happy with the outcome, I promise you. He's a good talker but a lousy attorney!

READ THIS FIRST! I first met with Joseph Sullivan after I was charged with battery. I needed some expert help, I had the cards stacked against me. There was little evidence to substantiate my claim to innocence, the police also did a terrible job on there incedent report. Leaving me with almost nothing to use in my favor. Working with Joe gave me and my family the hope we needed to take on the prosecution. He helped me from initial appearance all the way through the jury trial. Kept me well informed and worked tirelessly negotiating with the prosecutor to reach a dismissal. Sadly the prosecutor wouldn't budge, he was confident in his case against me.
