Never returns calls, no communication. Rude and unprofessional staff

When the person that answered the phone learned I was using an employer benefit legal plan, her tone of voice changed and I was sent to a voicemail where I left my info and never got a call back. Highly unprofessional.

Will not Return m'y calls. Might lose m'y son because Éric Smith decided to Tell me hé was not m'y lawyer then showed Up un court for me I didnt realize I had. I have called him for Three months. Now i have a warrant for contempt of court for not returning m'y son 1 Day late which Mr. Smith had the paperwork showing the reason. Hey Me. Smith Maybe you can Return m'y call. Cause your ruining m'y life and m'y son néeds= me.
