Joe Sullivan helped me out with some misdemeanors and a traffic violation I was charged with. I paid him up front to follow the case all the way through, with no more fees unless I decided to go to trial, which I really hoped not to do. I was concerned about my record because I hoped to go to college and thought a conviction would hurt my chances. He was able to get two of the three charges dropped, and for the third he got me probation with a withheld judgment, which means the charge would be dismissed in a year with no record if I paid the fine, had no more violations, and performed 100 hours of community service. I completed those requirements and now I have a clean record. Joe kept in contact with me and followed the case during my year of probation. I was very happy with his work because without him I would have fared much worse even if I had gone to trial. I believe he got me the best possible outcome.

Very pleased with the outcome Joe fought for me. I was in bad trouble and had know idea the in's and out's of the legal system. Joe explained things in ways I could understand. He got my case reduced to a misdemeanor and then after a year on probation the case was dismissed with withheld judgement. He worked hard with e-mails and phone calls that kept me working rather than having to be in court. All and all he is a caring and considerate person and I would recommend him to anyone!

Through his persistence and perseverance Mr. Sullivan was able to convince the Judge to re-instate my driving privileges months earlier than the original ruling.
