He offered sound advice on how to handle my contract to get the protections I was looking for. I highly recommend him for your business or estate planning needs. I’m not the type of person who leaves bad online reviews, but I do believe this review is justified even if it prevents one person from being taken advantage of by Tracy Gorman. I made the grave mistake of hiring Tracy to represent me in the custody portion of my divorce. Trusting Tracy is one of the biggest regrets that I carry in life. Against my better judgment, and by Tracy’s recommendation I settled in mediation. I do not believe there is any way I could have done more poorly regarding fair access to my son. Preceding the settlement, Tracy could not have been more useless in regard to the challenges I faced. She was incredibly difficult to reach and atrociously slow in response. Every concern I expressed to her was met with the exact same deflective response followed by zero action. She misled me to the difficulty it would be to modify my custody order. It’s a year later, and I am still in the process of trying to clean up the absolute mess of a settlement Tracy allowed me to sign. Every attorney, or legal assistant who has read my divorce decree says that it’s absolutely criminal, she let me sign the agreement. After the divorce was finalized, I could not receive any sort of follow up response regarding specific questions to child support and timelines dictated in the decree. If you are a parent, specifically a father facing a challenging custody battle, please do not hire Tracy Gorman. You are better off representing yourself. Tracy please do family law the service of retiring.

I hired Tracey Gorman to represent me in my custody case. She might as well have worked for my ex husband. At times I thought she might have been. When my ex husband refused to comply with a court order she basically told me our hands were tied and there would have to be another change of circumstances to try again. I would caution anybody away from her if you have any sort of conflict in your custody case because she will acquiesce to your ex and you will walk away worse than when you went in to it

Don't waste your time and get a real attorney. I came here after being referred from Legal Shield looking to settle a small claim of about $4-6k from a car accident— a simple task for somebody of this profession. Not Jed. Despite the rather nice office, he showed up dressed like a potato farmer and led us on for over an hour with his cruddy know-it-all attitude only to pretty much tell us there was almost nothing we could do and that we were stupid. Just so we're on the same page here, I was bumped off my bike by a pickup and the extent of his "professional opinion" is to pull legal fee money out of nowhere, cross my fingers, and file a entire 6-month lawsuit in small claims when all I needed was a damn letter and some stuff replaced because the insurance company was giving me a hard time. I've only just turned 19 and I still live with my parents, (who doesn't in this economy?) so obviously I had my mom with me to discuss some of the details, but that seemed to rub him the wrong way. He thought me a man-child for having a well-learned and loving mother who was more than happy to help me with my issue. He must've been mad that she isn't a wh*re like his likely was. He kept asking about stuff like if I was in college or if I had a license, like how does that have anything to do with the case? All I needed was some legal help and he just sat there sizing me up and making faces at my mom while she was talking. Only now in retrospect do I realize how disrespectful that was; I should've socked him for being rude to her like that, but I was preoccupied with being taken back by how incompetent and unprofessional he was. He must've thought our case was too boring. Guess what buddy? This isn't Ace Attorney; this is real life and you either need to do your damn job or get out. I could go on and on, but here's the bottom line: If he can't handle a simple case like mine, then him and his expertise is frankly worthless, and that's the end of it.

Tracy has been amazing to work with, she has been keeps in touch and made the process super easy. So thankful for the help of her and her office staff.

I normally don’t give 5 stars but Jed earned them. Unlike the attorney I had spoken to previously Jed knew exactly what I was asking about. Following a conversation to explain the process and a follow up to clarify some things. He had my LLC set up with absolutely every service I’d need, being I was out of state. If I lived in Wyoming he would be my full time attorney. I was so fortunate to have been referred to Jed.
