HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I called the office today asking to get a consultation with Allen, and was told he was out of town at the moment but that they would send my information over to him. I thought for sure I wouldn’t hear back, due to calling so close to their closing time, but within just a few minutes Allen reached out to me and gave me a consultation over the phone. I am very pleased and grateful for him reaching out to me all so quickly while being out of town. Allen is kind, and very compassionate! Thank you so much!!

I am not a client but I did try calling several times but they never answer the phone. Also I’ve noticed that on the low star reviews they go on to talk about the case and how they did nothing wrong. First and foremost, the cases are private, and even if your client didn’t have a pleasant service from any of you, it does not give you the right to talk about their private lives and cases. Not even the worst businesses do that. Also in non of the bad reviews did I see you try to apologize for the experience the clients believe they received or try to say please contact us. As a business owner I would never speak to anyone like that. It’s unprofessional and rude. I will not do business with someone who if the case doesn’t go their way will post my story in public. Hope you look into other law firms negative reviews and learn how to professionally respond to them. If it was me I would sue all of you and report you to the Idaho bar association.

Allen shared with me that he lost his last two trials. Wanted to do a mock jury trial 3 months before my trial, I agreed. 2 weeks before trial he admitted he was not calling the experts or witnesses to my personal injury trial that were witness to my serious injuries, and wanted me to foot the bill for mock trial, which 2 weeks prior he had changed to a "hearing." I refused to foot the bill and he withdrew from my case a week before trial. 5 years he drew out this case, never tried to seriously settle. He forgot pertinent details of my case. He doesn't see or care about the client. Losing his memory. Cannot describe the hell this man put me through. Wouldn't refer my worst enemy. Found out another client was promised a check, she hasn't heard back in weeks, says he dropped the ball on something. Will be grieving this"attorney" with the BAR. I don't want to see anyone else hurt by this man.

Was very upset and very disappointed never had anyone treat me or do me like they have ! Allen sat on my case for two years acting like he was helping me telling me he was doing this and that and putting me off for two years lieing to me and then weeks before statue of limation is up he drops my case,knowing I can not get another attorney leaving me in a spot of looseing my case ,being disrespected treated like I was lieing by Allen and his staff sending me emails telling me the same stuff over and over dismissing him self from my case with a lie saying I was filling unlawful claims I've never been treated so unfair and awful ever by anyone like this almost causing me to loose everything involved in case not helping me from when I ask to file a claim representing myself when asked so I didn't loose interest in case said he could have offered me a reasonable settlement but was sure I wouldn't except it not even asking me what all I wanted to get done was not out of line and that was just him covering up his lies and not doing anything in two years so my advice you want someone who will work for you don't hire Allen you won't get that !!
