After almost a year of dealing with an individual and being harassed in less than a day Allen had the situation under control, and the individual backed off. Allen Browning isn't just an attorney, he genuinely cares about people. I was in a car accident and it was the other driver's fault. The insurance company was pushing me to settle but I was still having pain and motion difficulties in my shoulder. I met with Mr. Browning and before he would even think about taking my case he wanted to make sure my shoulder was looked at by an orthopedist. I ended up needing surgery. It was close to the statute of limitations and if I hadn't retained Mr. Browning, the insurance company wouldn't have had to pay anything and I would have been stuck with big medical bills. Allen was able to get a fair settlement with the insurance company and all my medical bills were taken care of.
