I met Tom in 1987 and he promptly met me at the nez perce county jail and advised me to contact him once i got bailed out. My public defender told me i could plead out and get 5 years in prison. Once i retained Tom he got me a better deal where i onlu served 60 days in jail and 2 years probation. He is one of the most skilled and effective advocates for justice ive had the good pleasure in meeting with. He also has prevailed on several Appeals cases to the Higher Courts.
