Recently I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Erekson and receiving legal assistance from him with some compliance requirements in my line of work. The entire experience was exceptionally professional from start to finish. Mr Erekson was well versed in the subject matter, thorough and articulate in outlining the process and various potential outcome, welcoming of all my follow up questions, patient and intelligible at resolving my concerns, and overall approachable as a person. His easy going and smily demeanor made for a comfortable dialogue, yet he is skillfully focused on business, not to waste anyone's time or incur excessive fees. I also virtually attended a Court hearing to observe Mr Erekson in action, and it was apparent that he is an experienced litigator, and is well regarded by both, his peers and the presiding officer. He is also very responsible and his follow through is timely and complete. I would retain Mr Erekson's services in the future without any hesitation.

Nick is incredible. He listens and cares about his clients as well as empathize with people going thru the system that can be exceedingly scary. His level of knowledge is outstanding as is his level of compassion for humanity. Considering my charges, I consider myself blessed and lucky to have him representing me.

Nick Erekson did a fantastic job throughout my case! As anyone can imagine being in a courtroom can be a very nerve racking and stressful experience, Nick was able to calm me down, and reassure me that everything is going to be just fine and that everything will work out, which it did tremendously! When Nicholas and i first spoke, it was via telephone conversation. I left him a voicemail. He responded asap. After conversing with him for a little while, it was easy to determine he was probably going to be my choice... compared to another attorney i had spoken with. The next day i met with Nicholas. I hired Nick Erekson to fight a traffic violation I received in Valley County. I live in western Washington, and Nick was able to take care of everything for me, without requiring that I make any trips back to Idaho. Nick and his team kept me up to date on any new developments, answered any questions I had, and were clear and upfront about their fees and my case options. I would hire Nick again if I ever needed legal services in the area (hopefully I don’t).

Nick defended me in a case where the prosecuting attorney kept changing. We went through three different prosecuters and had a new pre trial with each one. The case was over a year long, with one procecuter exercising a grudge on my case. Nick defended me in ways that where not related to the actual charges. I would highly recommend Nick to a friend or anyone in need of his services.
