I got into a bad accident in Sept. of 2022. I wasn’t sure what to do or where to turn to, and we decided to go with Craig Swapp, as we’ve heard great things. The people are nice and easy to interact, but I did have some issues with my case. First, I had 2 different attorneys and 2-3 insurance adjusters throughout the whole case. These changes made me feel uneasy, as I thought they would cause delays. I wasn’t expecting my settlement days after my accident, but not almost a year and a half later either. Secondly, I feel that it only took this long, because my attorney was not on top of the insurance company. I asked for monthly updates, with the same answer. Again, I’m aware that that is common, but I really didn’t understand what was taking the insurance company so long to make their decision. So it felt like I was the one to bug my attorney, to bug the insurance company. I feel that there wasn’t enough work done to qualify 30%+ fee. Thirdly, I didn’t meet my attorney one time, not even to pick up my settlement check. I’m sure he’s a very busy person, but not even a meet and greet nor anything to discuss the future. I felt like I didn’t have much of a future, as I was not able to return to work for over a year because of the injuries. My family and I struggled financially, because I was the main breadwinner before the accident. I felt that my case wasn’t taken seriously overall. Like I said, they are nice people, but I didn’t have a great experience and I don’t think it’s likely I’ll return if I need future help. (I would give 2.5/5 but Google doesn’t allow half ratings)

Karen and Dylan are the best. I got in my accident in 2021 and wasn’t really sure where to go or what to do but I’m really glad I called Craig Swapp. Once they took over my case they really pushed to get things done. Karen was constantly keeping in touch with me with updates and walked me through the whole process so I knew what was going on and what the next step would be. I’m glad it’s finally settled and over with. I really couldn’t have done it without them.
