Your youtube ad is A W F U L. The intro gets the viewer ready to be exhausted and I don't think anyone, even people who were dealing with accidents, would not frantically press the skip button when it finally comes up. I want to give you 1 star but it looks like people love you (though half of your reviews seem fake) so I won't hurt your rating even though you deserve rivers of shame for putting the good people of Boise through this nightmare. Thanks

I had been in a small auto accident in December of 2014. It was more of a fender bender than an actual accident. Either way I needed chiropractic care and my insurance wouldn't touch it. I went to what seemed like a great chiropractor, but they wanted to stop my treatment in February before I was "healed" so I called Craig Swapp and told them what was going on. They sent a guy out to me the next day, discussed my options and got me set up with a new chiropractor. I continued to work with the new chiropractor until June! When I was all done, the team at Craig Swapp submitted my case, and the beginning of November we got a settlement from the at fault drivers insurance. Once I confirmed with Paul to take the settlement, he had a check for me a week later. The whole time I was treated really well, and they made me feel like my "little" case was important even though it was probably barely worth their time. They were very straight forward about the entire process and it was super easy. 1 call- that really was all it took!

Everyone I met in that office was fantastic. So my first experience with an automobile accident was great because the office was so accomadating and professional. Even the front desk receptionist was wonderful. She remembered my name the first time i came in. They did the best they could, very consultative and honest. Wanted to make sure that my recovery was complete so I would not have to deal with back-pain issues the rest of my life. The Firm referred me to local Doctor. Researched where he went to school, training etc. My Doctor has impeccable credentials, training and I trust him, that helps with my recovery. This and other matters involved with the case are handled quite well by the Firm and I have access to the local office when necessary for meetings. Now in time I hope to get back my normal life, thanks to the help from Craig Swapp & Associates Two Thumbs Up !
