Let me start off by saying I’m only 27 years old. I didn’t get the credit counseling and education that I should have before turning 18; which turned into me getting personal loans, credit cards, and numerous payday loans that would soon come back to haunt me. I was left stranded in revolving debt that was not only affecting my financial life, but my personal life as well. Sleepless nights and anxiety were a normal thing for me. That was until I decided to take a chance on Avery Law. Bankruptcy is a scary topic, and you usually only hear the negative about it. Whether you’re filing chapter 7 like me, or chapter 13, this will open new windows of opportunity for you and help you start fresh in your financial endeavors. Before I filed for bankruptcy, I was never approved for credit anywhere. I had just dug myself so deep that the only places I could go to were these payday loan companies and high interest that set me even further behind. Now, although my discharge isn’t official yet, I am getting offers in the mail for credit cards and car loans which never happened before. Even before the discharge my score has jumped more than 100 points. I will be taking the 720 credit score course and building my credit back up. I can’t thank John enough, especially Tina in the Pocatello office. They have been so diligent in helping me keep my peace of mind. I am on my way to financial success thanks to Avery Law.
