When I originally was inquiring about services, they wouldn’t leave me alone. Now I cannot get anyone to answer my emails, or return phone calls unless I am persistent. I have had all of my paperwork and everything completed for almost a month, but when I try to ask what the status is, they treat me like I am the inconvenience. I am only ever able to get a response unless I call, or email. I have not once received any updates from them without me reaching out. I was assigned a legal assistant who is unprofessional, and rude. When I had my initial consultation with John Avery, I was told everything would be completed and I could be done in about a month. Still nothing. Now I am being told it could be 2-3 more weeks until I am even able to meet with an attorney. I feel the whole situation could have been handled differently.
