I am extremely satisfied with the outstanding customer service that was provided to me by Craig Swapp & Associates. I was ran off the road while on my motorcycle and they were there with me starting on day 1. They game my wife and I a lot of needed support during this difficult time. They were alway in contact to keep us abreast of the details in my case and (Julie) was great with everything from phone calls to e-mails. Thank you all!!

My father has come to them for both of his accidents. They've been wonderful. I would say communications and replies can be a little faster but overall it goes very well.

The nice part of working with Dylan and Monica at Craig Swapp & Associates is that all I had to was show up at the doctor's offices and clinics and follow their treatment plan. I didn't have to deal with the case at all. They took care of everything. They were understanding, respectful, and thorough. And they explained every detail of the process to me every step of the way. I still think the Boise Police should be held accountable for refusing to write an accident report when a driver rear ended a stopped motorcycle because he was admittedly looking down at his phone at the time and I still think there should be stiffer penalties for committing a crime like that because it could've turned out so much worse. But I'm glad to come out of it with minimal damage and a few bucks to boot. Thanks again Craig Swapp and a special Thank You to Dylan and Monica!

They are great in not only working your case but also making sure you get all the help you need from doctor's and they take the time to check in on you to see how you are doing and seeing what they can assist on. I definitely recommend them

I will highly recommend Glenn Godfrey and his Legal Assistant Morgan.They were both very supporting and extremely hard working! They make you feel like a priority and always returned calls or text in a timely matter as well as answered any questions that I had. They go above and beyond for their clients. Working with Dylan and Monica was such a fine experience. They took care of all the paperwork, medical bills, calling the medical services I needed so as to facilitate quick entry to appointments. I had a terrible concussion and I care for a disabled husband and an 86 yr old Mom who live with me. Their expertise allowed me to focus on resting and healing. Thank you for everything! Joy
