Glen and Jessica worked on my car accident case. Both are very pleasant, kind and professional. Customer service is extremely important to me and they both exceeded my expectations. In addition, they are extremely responsive; answering my calls, emails and texts right away. I am exceptionally satisfied with my experience and settlement. We just can’t say enough about Glenn and Emily. They helped us get through the whole process and fought for us. All of my wife’s medical bills were covered in the settlement he negotiated on our behalf and there’s a little left over in case her injuries flare up in the future. We’d recommend Glenn and Emily and their firm to anyone and should we get rear-ended again by someone else texting and driving, we’ll call them right back.

Even though in my situation it was too late to receive any actual assistance, Raine, was completely honest and helpful. The insurance company knew exactly what they were doing and I ended up with a insufficient deal. I am very grateful with Craig Swapp and Associates, Dan and Lisa helped me through my accident because I was so lost. They helped me with the doctors and therapy. When I had my second accident that year I asked them to represent me again. They handled my two accidents in 2017. I recommend them.
