My wife and I, each entering into a second marriage, had a Living Trust Agreement along with a Will drafted in 2007 by an attorney she was acquainted with. I knew from the time I walked out the door that this wasn't the document that would direct the closing of my estate in the manner that I would desire. I had been saying for years that this issue needs to be dealt with. In addition to the documents not dealing with my estate in a manner that was complete and comprehensive, so much has changed since the original document was drafted in 2007. Should something have happened to me it would have been a huge problem attempting to close my estate the way it was written. Justin was recommended to us by our investment advisor as an attorney she has worked with in the past and has done an excellent job for her clients. I would say from my first conversation with him and throughout the first meeting and many emails the process was very easy to get through with the end result providing documents that were exactly what I desired to control all aspects of my estate. Because both my wife and I were both having our Trust Documents reviewed in a RESTATED TRUST PACKAGE which was very complete and comprehensive in all aspects, Justin provided a discounted price which was also very much appreciated.

I had an out of state trust when I moved to Idaho several years ago, but knew I had things that needed updating. I did some research and discovered Justin Jeppesen Law, and boy am I happy I did. The first time I sat down with him I was an emotional wreck and had been dealing with unpleasant family issues. Justin was patient and guided me through the whole process. I found him so easy to talk to, which made the whole process so much easier. In that initial visit we updated some things to be compliant with Idaho laws, and I also made changes to my beneficiaries, which was the emotional part. His ability to understand my personal situations and make the most perfect and logical recommendations was outstanding. I am extremely grateful to Justin.
