Wynn Mosman represented me in an out of state criminal defense trial earlier this year and I was blown away by his persistent attitude and ability to communicate at such short notice. Mr. Mosman did an excellent job communicating with prosecutors, court houses and myself to keep everyone updated on the case. Mr. Mosman was able to have my charges dismissed weeks before I was summoned to appear before the court and saved me a great deal of expenses and hassles of traveling out of state. I could not recommend Mr. Mosman enough, worth every single penny.

We retained Wynn to represent our son regarding a serious charge well he attended university in Washington. As we where over 2,000 miles away and time was of the essiance we hired him over the phone. Wynn took the time to explain the charges and make sure both my wife and I understood the charge my son was facing. In a timely manner Wynn took the time to help understand the timing and circumstances around my sons case. He then constructed a very well though out defense that resulted in the charge being dropped. Wynn was clear in his communication and was very easy to work with. I recommend his services to anyone requiring legal representation in Eastern Washington/Idaho.

Quick too respond too emails. Looked over every detail in my case, went too bat for what I wanted and got it. He truly is in it for the best judgment for his clients. Well known in this town which helps in the court system.

He was slow to act and let the case drag on, didn't respond in a timely manner at all, charged me thousands of dollars for poor representation. I basically got screwed big time. I also didn't feel that my information that was submitted was kept from the ex due to staff relationships.

I hired him while ago. Came to the hearing totally unprepared and didn't do a good job at all in defending. During one of our phone conversation he was clearly taking the plaintiff side. Case was only dropped because plaintiff did not show up to the court. Ended up paying couple thousands more than his original estimate.

Aside from a few typing errors, my paperwork and documents were always in order. Nothing was ever lost or misplaced. I contacted Wynn within 24 hours of my issue and had a consultation the same day. Wynn thoroughly explained my options. I hired Wynn to represent me regarding a DUI charge I was facing. Everything was taken care of from that moment on. He was available throughout the process to answer any of my questions and to update me on the status of my case. Wynn went to bat for me and got the charge dropped in a very short period of time. I never stepped foot in a courtroom and I could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Wynn and his staff.

Wynn Mosman was recommended to us by a friend who received legal counsel and a positive outcome from him. He did not disappoint us in the least! Even though he was traveling when initially contacted, Mr. Mosman called back the same day to let us know he'd be in touch the next day. True to his word, he called the next morning and carefully explained all options. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient with questions. His fees are very fair. Mr. Mosman met with the prosecuting attorney on our behalf and the case was quickly dismissed. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome and appreciated his progress updates throughout this ordeal. All questions were answered with the same patience and sound legal advice we received from the beginning. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

I hired Wynn Mosman after being injured in a car accident. Mr. Mosman's office was chronically unable to hold on to the information that I provided. The notes from our first (and only) face-to-face meeting were lost. I submitted my insurance information to him and/or his office no less than four times; months later I was asked yet again for the name of my insurance company. Updates regarding my case were few and far between. My case was eventually settled to my satisfaction, but I regret hiring Mr. Mosman. Not recommended.

Mr. Mosman always kept me in the loop on what was going on in regards to my case. He responded emails and phone calls promptly. If I had a question about my case he would always explain and review potential options to me. I am very appreciative and grateful for all he did regarding my case!
