Rick is so knowledgeable about his practice the best part about it is he also is very well-versed in other fields which is such a great thing because it makes him so versatile.

Rick Tuha is an easy and pleasant person to deal with, and he clearly knows the in's and out's of estate planning. Further, his office is staffed with first-rate assistants who are among the kindest and most prepared people you will ever meet. My family needed an Idaho attorney to finalize some pending matters following the passing of my mother. We are on the east coast and my mother in law resided in Idaho. Hala was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. What should have been an extremely simple process became increasingly more complicated. Hala was transparent with us the entire time and was highly responsive to our communications despite the time difference. He guided us through an intricate legal process to its successful completion. We called an estate planning lawyer to help with my 86-year-old grandfather's estate. My grandfather was at the end of his life but still cognizant enough to know the importance of setting up a trust. Rick was so helpful in explaining everything to me and my dad and my grandfather. As we progressed through the process, my grandfather was in the hospital and Rick went above and beyond and went to the hospital to see him and go over some of the paperwork. It was so much more than I ever expected from an estate lawyer. Then after finding some complications in the paperwork, Rick again went above and beyond and met us at my grandfather's assisted living to finish up paperwork. My grandfather trusted Rick and us as we went through the process. I will forever be grateful for Rick and his team and assisting us through the process. Thank you so much! I hired Hala with Idaho Law Group and I couldn't be happier. Hala is thorough, kind, genuine and looks out for the best interest of his client. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Rick and his team have went above and beyond! My mom went on hospice on March 9, 2024. She did not have a will. I contacted Idaho Law Group. Rick made a Home Visit with my mom, and two sisters.
