We had a living trust created by Rick and his team and they delivered 5 stars all the way. We felt comfortable every step of the process. When we went to the office for signing they fed us! They gave our 5 year old daughter a variety of snacks to keep her entertained during the process. We brought our daughter and 2 dogs to the office and the whole crew was welcomed with open arms. When it came to funding our trust, they made it easy by meeting with us over Google video. We travel fulltime as a family and only visit Idaho (our domicile) every couple of years. We appreciate their flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile to make us comfortable. Thanks Rick, Mike and Anali for making this process so easy for us.

I called this firm about a consultation on a couple different matters, one was an HOA issue and the other was a matter of slander. They made an appointment with me for the following week (which was today). My appointment time came up and the same person that I made the appointment with calls me and explains that the attorney (Rick Tuha) looked over my questions and decided that he was, #1 too busy, #2 did not want to get into the slander issue and #3 doesn't really deal with HOA issues. I guess just answering a couple of questions is not what these guys are willing to do if they do not think it will get them the big retainer check. The tune changed when I brought up that I also needed my trust set up. It was unfortunate being that I need my living trust set up for both myself and my construction corporation. They wanted to talk about that but just not the items that they thought would not bring them any money. The sad thing is about all of this, they are the ones that offer a free consultation, I would have paid for the legal advice. I understand that time is money and without it you will not be in business for very long. I guess the moral of this story is, never turn away any customer because you never know what business they are truly bringing to you. The part of this that is really a bummer to me is that I waited for this call for about a week and thought I was getting a couple items off of my to do list. Oh well, off to find another law firm that will be happy to take my money. If your time is as valuable as I consider mine to be, I wouldn't waste it on waiting for these guys to come through.
