I just got off the phone with Matt, a lawyer there. He started off nice. Then he told me to listen to everything he had to say, to sit back and listen. He started explaining the Fiennes between on the job work accidents and occupation type issues, like corpal tunnel. I already knew this information, I did my research before calling him. I'm pretty well educated. While he was talking to me I was acknowledging him with OKs and yes. He then abruptly said he's and says, you know, then stops takes a second and then goes on talking sheik. He got extremity annoyed that I was doing that. I thought about hanging up, maybe let him finish and then do it. But it was very unprofessional and rude. I continued to listen and gave him the benefit of the doubt but I was not impressed with his professionalism. He used inproper language and the term Dr. Schmuck as referring to any old doctor.

Brent and Michelle went above and beyond with my case. I appreciate the extra effort every week. I will recommend friends and family if they need help. Thanks team Skaug!
