I worked with Brent many years ago and he is top notch. Since then I have referred many people to him and will continue to do so.

My experience with Brent has only been positive. He has helped in the past with the visitation of our granddaughter, that other wise we would have never had. He has also helped with a divorce. And is now in the process of helping with a family probate. Brent has many years of experience, very knowledgeable and patient. You can definitely trust him with your case.

Brent Morgan is one of a kind. It is extremely hard to find a really good attorney let alone one that has morals and good family values. I can write pages of instances of where I admire and have the upmost respect for the man. There was times in my instance I was mad and angry. I just wanted to throw stones at my daughters mother. He would always respond what’s best for the child at the moment even if I didn’t agree. Now because he helped me put my daughter first her mother and I have one of the best co-parenting relationships. He is very very detailed and methodical. He is always prepared and that has a lot to do with his wife and daughter at the front of the office. They are a huge part of the success of their family owned business. I know this because in our local family businesses we have had to deal with a lot of other attorneys. Mr Morgan is at the top of our list in so many ways. Brent Morgan is a wonderful attorney. He helped my husband and I prepare an estate plan some years ago. My husband passed away this past year and the estate plan took effect. The trusts into which my husband’s assets passed were well-planned and structured such that I had very little legal distress in the form of probate or contested wills to deal with. Brent configured the estate plan and constructed the associated trusts all in accordance with state law and then helped distribute assets accordingly into the correct repositories. Brent was also very kind and caring at a time when in the midst of my own personal grief, I did not have much emotional stamina left over to deal with the distribution of estate assets. Brent is very knowledgeable concerning estate planning and trusts and was able to answer all my questions and concerns concerning same. I am so glad to have had all this in place, with Brent’s help and direction, before my husband passed away.

Great family law firm.

Brent epitomizes everything that is wrong with family law. He does not care about the interests of children of clients he represents. He is unbelievably slow to accomplish even the simplest tasks. He is dishonest and unethical. He does everything he can to drag out proceedings to milk his clients for as much money as possible. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this greedy little man! I hired this guy to defend my mothers estate and will against my estranged sister who did not have anything to do with my mother long before she died. He charged me thousands of dollars for what he called research and review. Mom took extreme measures to make sure her will could not be challenged such as doctors notes saying she was of sound mind and body when the will was made. Brent would not file for a summary motion or even do a deposition on the sister. It became very clear he was working with the opposing local attorney who I later found out he is good friends with to just keep the case going until the estate was drained. Stay away from this pathetic little greedy man.

The best family law firm around. Brent is sharp. Ashley is awesome. They are on top of their stuff. He always gets back to fast after an email or phone call. If you’re having trouble custody this is the team I would suggest. You guys are the best!!!!
