You pay for what you get. Mark does flat rate but he drug my divorce case out 11 months, never stood up for me and he has no backbone. I had a slam dunk case, had hard documentation, had countless witnesses and even had sworn statements but mark coward down to the opposing attorney. I ultimately fired him and went with another guy whom did everything for me that I was asking mark to do..my guy got it done within the month. Personally, I think he should have his license pulled because of his ethics but that's for you to decide.

We selected Mark Petersen to help us with estate law a couple of years ago and we are very happy with our choice. We interviewed a couple of firms but felt that Mark saw us as people first and clients second. We trusted him then to have our best interests at the forefront of our interchanges and he has worked on a few other issues for us since. Mark is very timely in getting our work done and his work is very clean and to the point. We are now dedicated clients and feel fortunate to have Mark representing us.
