We had a land use issue, that honestly I thought I was the only upset about. He called in the neighbors, we joined forces and he presented an amazingly well prepared presentation in front of planning and zoning. Honestly, when he was done, my first thought was 'really none of need to testify anymore'. We did anyway, and it was a unanimous decision in our favor. His background in P&Z was impeccable.

We had a road dispute with our city. We consulted and hired TJ to help us out. TJ was so knowledgeable that the city decided they had no chance on their own and they should hire an attorney. TJ was able to nullify any option the city attorney put forth. It took two years but we with TJ’s great knowledge and expertise won the case! TJ was so great to work with very personable and caring. He kept us informed all the way. He is definitely a go to guy when it comes to real estate rights.

TJ has the ability to get a conversation rolling and keep the focus where it should remain, with the problem at hand. People are comfortable around him and he suggests solutions that are for the benefit of those he represents and frequently it is a better solution for the other party as well. A negotiated settlement was certainly better for our irrigation company than trying to prove our point in a court. The protestants actually were better off as well in that they were able to obtain a workable water management plan that fit both needs of irrigators as well as sustaining a viable fishery.
