Disappointing...said they would help...but when it came down to it...excuse after excuse and did nothing

Just noticed i still had this 5 starred. Time to set the record straight i guess. Mary Shea in the beginning was very kind. She lowered her retainer for me and seemed genuinely invested in my case. My divorce was a nasty messy and i slowly fell apart trying to save my marriage. Toward the end of the divorce, i got really depressed and ended up in a mental health facility. she told me to go home and get my head straight in Wisconsin, and also told me not to worry she would take care of things and i could skype the divorce hearing. I moved back to wisconsin and recieved a phone call the day of the finap divorce hearing mary telling me it didnt go well and i lost my rights to my kids. She then proceeded to tell me over and over she never told me to go to Wisconsin and she never said we could skype or video conference the final hearing and finally she said "well you cant prove i said it and its not like im gonna get paid for this anyways" so now a year later i can only see my kids with a supervisor of my exwifes choosing. The courts seemed to focus on me calling my ex-wife names in a text more important than my ex-wife endangering my kids and my ex-wife telling me to "just do it. Kill yourself. Give me a week though so i can find a babysitter for your days with the kids." mary screwed me so hard and my kids are suffering for it. Do not by any means use mary shea for your family law needs. Merrill and merrill might have some excellent attorneys mary shea is not one of them.

This firm is one of the better ones, if you are looking for good service and a lawyer that actually seems like they have time for you this would be the spot. We had Nathan Cuoio as our immigration lawyer and it was actually smooth sailing all the way except for some mistakes from our part that our lawyer helped us with right away ! Ooh and low prices aswell.
