We were advised by others to contact MrBudge concerning a property line issue. He explained the law in regards to our case and was able to communicate to the other party how the state law read concerning this situation. We were able to come to a amicable agreement without resorting to a lawsuit and the attendant ill feelings possible between neighbors. He was very knowledgeable in real estate law and was able to resolve the issue as quickly (and cheaply) as possible, he was personable and professional, and he as well as his paralegal keep us informed at all times.

Great Attorney!!
We had a road dispute with our city. We consulted and hired TJ to help us out. TJ was so knowledgeable that the city decided they had no chance on their own and they should hire an attorney. TJ was able to nullify any option the city attorney put forth. It took two years but we with TJ’s great knowledge and expertise won the case! TJ was so great to work with very personable and caring. He kept us informed all the way. He is definitely a go to guy when it comes to real estate rights.

Last May I was rear ended by a driver with high risk, high premium but low payout cap. Stephen Mohonan was able to negotiate with all the insurance companies involved and make sure that all my medical costs (in excess of $200,000.00 )were covered. He also was able to get me a favorable amount to make up for my pain and suffering and wages that were lost while I was unable to work. He was always thorough and very helpful in knowing ways to make my life easier through the whole process. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.
