James Bendell charged me well over $100, 0000 and never got the case of Real Estate Fraud to trial. He dropped me. I'm now on my own, PRO SE. I'm a 60 Year old Disabled Homeless Veteran. Living in the Colville National Forest still struggling. He knew this the whole time. I've been treated with utter disregard. I would never hire this man again. I find it strange that he has no negative reviews now as he previously did have. Where did they go?

Heath is the best and so easy to work with, I wish I had found him before my divorce! He has a calm, easy going demeanor and doesn't engage in typical scare tactics or make you feel worse about your legal issues-he actually helps! He's good people and I feel safe with him in my corner.

I was a walk-in consultation and James Bendell saw me on short notice. He took the time to review all the documents I brought and answered all my questions. He also referred me to services to handle additional legal matters.

I cannot say enough good things about Wells and his team. They have been so kind and compassionate during my time of need and have been ready to go to bat for me on more than one occasion. Their communication has also been fare better than what I have personally experienced in the past with other firms I have dealt with.

Terrible service.

I set up a consultation and had canceled all other scheduled consultations with all other attorneys, as they said they'd be able to see me in just a week's time, and my issue is time-sensitive. They canceled and rescheduled our initial consultation, which I understand due to a scheduling conflict - these things do happen. However, the next day, they canceled the consultation altogether as their caseload is too full, and they would not be able to see me at all... why would they have scheduled me in the first place? I was truly relying on them, and now I can't find anyone for even a consultation for months out. It is absolutely ridiculous to string a potential client along. These are people's and families' lives and livelihoods. I will not recommend them, and I advise being careful when setting up any appointments.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Muriel during our custody modification case. A nice lady but, in our opinion she is working in the wrong field. She just didn’t seem to be very educated in legal matters and was extremely unorganized. Honestly I think we might have had a better outcome if I would’ve represented myself. She was very easily intimidated by the opposing side and said very little during the trial. It should have been a fairly easy outcome as we had stacks of evidence but unfortunately she forgot to submit some of the evidence and what was left she allowed the opposing side to throw out without disputing. She told me that her tactic was to try and make the other side look like bullies and for us women to sit quietly. The tactic completely failed. I surely didn’t want to be bullies, however there was a need to defend our side and she did not do that in the slightest. She also cost up to double what any other attorney would have. I think it was mostly because her billing was disorganized and she kept double billing us for services. We had asked if we could help do some of the paperwork to cut down on costs. We ended up doing the lions share of the paperwork and still paying far more what it should have cost. I don’t usually post reviews, especially negative ones. But my husband and I felt convicted to share our experience in the hopes that someone else might be saved from going through what we did. We would highly recommend not using this attorney.

Jim was very compassionate from day 1, about my case and made me feel at ease. His correspondence either through calls or emails are very important and exceptional. He has kept me informed though out my case. My case is very complex and intensive which he knows how to navigate very well. I do know it's not if I will ever need a attorney but when and it will be Jim I choose to handle it. His online bio says it all.
