Excellent Attorney

If you want the most caring, hardworking attorney on your side you must do everything you can to nab Vanessa. She has been right beside me since day one showing compassion and empathy. Vanessa is a gladiator in the court room and has always come competently prepared for any and all situations. I can't say enough about her thorough communication and dedication.

I have been working with Vanessa Zink over the past 6 to 8 months. My 1st and 2nd family law lawyer left abruptly to practice another area of law and left me little time to find a new attorney. Vanessa without hesitation took on my case and learned every detail within a few short months. I was overly impressed with how she represented me in trial, and how she knew every little detail of my case. She was extremely professional in the courtroom setting, calm and confident. Vanessa is very organized and communicates every little detail clearly so anyone would be able to understand. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs a family law attorney. Also, her Paralegal, Genevieve Hart, was amazing at helping collect additional information and highlighting on facts in my case. They are an amazing team, and I without a doubt always feel confident with their support.

If you prefer losing, these guys are for you! The lack of follow up, discovery and court knowledge is actually appalling, we got laughed at in court by the opposing attorney because Muriel was completely incompetent. When Muriel was too nervous to present in front of one of the Shoshone County judges (because he "didn't respect women in law"-yeah right) she had her partner testify for her, he didn't even know our names! I couldn't believe a law firm could be as bad as this one till I saw it first hand. They not only jeopardized the family business to fail; that has been running for 28 years, but the cost an arm and a leg too and we are still paying for our humiliating loss...2 years later going in, there, most of the odds were in our favor it wasn't even a hopeless case. This lawsuit was business related so I thought maybe they were just not business lawyers, well, unknowingly a very good friend used her for a custody case and Muriel failed to make a defense for her and cost her the right to see her own children. Absolutely disgusting firm, avoid at all costs.

Mr Bendell was instrumental in resolving a very serious problem. He listened to all of the concerns and explained the options that were available. Due to his involvement and advice a prompt resolution was reached. I would highly recommend him as an Attorney!

These days if you don't have an attorney your being crazy...I was lucky to get James who has been on both sides of the insurance world and knows how they work ..If you don't have a good attorney to back you and take care of you it will make a horrible experience a living nightmare..I am grateful after a rear end collision that gave me a severe head concussion and turned my world upside down...James was on top of the game the entire time and handled everything so I didn't have to worry I knew I was in the best care and believe me your going to need it....Gina from sandpoint I highly recommend james to all my friends hopefully nothing bad happens to you but if it does you get the best!!!!

James Bendell was what I call a God send to me for an unfortunate situation which I had no idea how to resolve.
