When other law firms in town told me an attorney would call me within 24 hours to consult, Jonathan took my initial call and I was in his office drafting a real estate purchase contract within 30 minutes. I called and spoke with Jonathon about the legal aspects of property lines of the home I purchased. I want to redo my fence but also want to see if my property line goes into the neighbors yard and if it does if there was anything they could do to prevent me from extending my fence to reclaim my property that I pay for. He explained to me in more detail than I could've imagined that if my property was further over there isn't anything the neighbors can do unless they pay taxes on that portion of land other than throw a fit because I'm rightfully claiming what is mine. He also told me an easy almost fool proof way to find my property line without paying out the wazoo for a surveyor to come do it.
