The debilitating pain from the loss of my recently departed loved one quickly turned into a hard lump in the back of my throat when we sat down at the conference room table. Anxiety from all the horror stories describing how dealing with the legal side was almost as agonizing as the death itself was slowly taking the air out of the room. Within minutes after Kurt Schwab came in and sat down, it was gone. Working with Kurt was like communing with a distant cousin. He empathized and understood exactly what we were dealing with. It’s helpful to have a friendly receptionist. Whoever answered the phone was rude and put a bad taste in my mouth right away. I was also hung up on abruptly when I said I didn’t want to schedule a consultation. First impressions do matter

When i called Post Falls Law i explained my circumstances and was given an appointment just a couple days later. Jonathon Frantz, gave me a free consultation and after hearing my situation he shared his honest opinion by letting me know that i can win my case just by filing with the courts and the expense would be minimal. Jonathon could have not done this, and said just pay our office and we will take care of this matter! He was very straight forward with excellent advise and continued to do so while i was able to continue my case by myself.
