He is very down to earth and demonstrates that he cares, but at the same time he is extremely professional and formal when formal is a necessity. Michael and his Administrative Assistant, Meredith Shepard, promptly responded to my need to distribute a Florida Timeshare to the Beneficiary for a Trust where I am Successor Trustee. The distribution was accomplished in the time frame discussed with me.
