We wanted to put our will in place before a family trip to Disney World. We didn’t want to fly without feeling that our kids were taken care of in case something happened. The problem was we only had a week and a half to complete the process. Steve went out of his way to be sure we had everything in place before our vacation. He walked us through every step from the will, to our estates, power of attorney and making sure our kids were taken care of. He went out of his way to speed up the process, was friendly and explained everything in a way we could understand. Steve simplified everything and was extremely thorough. We felt so much better walking out of his office. He couldn’t have been more helpful, kind or understanding. We had a great experience dealing with Steve and plan on staying with him for a long time.

Within a day a parent had died and I became an estate's executor. With expert legal advice, Mr. Raminiak guided me through the process. I never questioned his experience and professionalism which were evident right up to the successful closing of the estate.

Steve Raminiak represented us in a long and convoluted case. I give highest marks for his knowledge and his ability to bring this difficult case to a positive close. Throughout the case, he counseled us on the best approach and gave us guidance on the corresponding financial impacts. Steve's billing was always fair and appropriate. In fact, I believe Steve strived to keep our billing as low as possible. If I were to offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to respond to client's communications on a shorter interval if at all possible. In summary, I would highly recommend Steve to perspective clients and would not hesitate for a moment to hire him again should the need arise.

He went out of his way to help me when you didn't have to he did everything he could to help me without charging me an extra dime I would recommend Steve for anyone I could have asked for better help

Steve was a tremendous partner throughout the six years I was appointed Guardian of my elderly aunt with dementia. He guided me through the challenges of maneuvering court dates, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, hospice, and the law. I thank him for helping me during those dark, hopeless times feeling I couldn't continue. Mr. Raminiak streamlined the Guardianship process and appreciative of his continuous dedication.
