I met David Saxe through Caris out of Willow Creek church, while I was pregnant and needing legal advice. At that time, he was able to provide me with free legal advice regarding my situation to better help me form some decisions I needed to make for me and my son. After having my son I contacted David to represent me in seeking out my son's father to obtain child support and establish a parenting agreement. Creating a parenting agreement isn't an easy thing to go through, it's a very emotional process, and David was patient and extremely understanding. He helped me to get the things I desired most when creating the parenting agreement. David helped me to remain realistic about certain requests, and also remained candid during the litigation process. I appreciated his honesty and his knowledge of my rights. David was prompt in communication and I felt valued as a person and a parent. I will definitely work with him again for any future legal endeavors.
