Any attorney can litigate, but "I believe in strong personal relationships." This happens to be Raj Jutla's professional mantra. Little did he realize how this code of conduct would be tested. I sought Raj's counsel in October 2017. Our case just concluded in June 2021. During the navigation of the legal obstacle course that would be encountered, Raj would earn my respect as he continued to 'stay the course,' where others might have abandoned it. Raj remained loyal to his commitment and unwavering in his effort to achieve the desired settlement. He is not your 'run of the mill' lawyer. 60+ days later, Ron Justin has not provided a break down of fees he claims to be owed and has not forwarded my client file to my new attorney. Literally, if I could go the other way the day I hired him, I would. All statements are facts. As of TODAY, he has not sent my file or provided fee breakdown as per contract.
