Mr. Martin was enthusiastic about my problem. He asked me questions that I never considered would be asked. He not only understood my problem but anticipated what questions might be asked of me. My impression is that he is a true [professional that enjoys helping other people. I give him a 5 star rating with no hesitation.

I used Jeff previously in a lawsuit for my mom when he was at a large law office. He was great and I really enjoyed working with him. When my Dad passed away due to negligence and wrongful death from a nursing home, there was only one attorney I needed to help me and that was Jeff. I walked into his office and told him I need his help with Dad, he listened to me and was really compassionate about what he was hearing. Jeff knew my Dad from the previous case we had with my mom. Jeff went to work. He knew what we needed to do. Jeff is so knowledgeable experienced and is so compassionate. Although this case was very hard on me, it was a pleasure to work with Jeff again. He gets to know his clients personally. This was very helpful to know he understands your emotions. Jeff does not mind when you help him on certain details, or make suggestions, etc. he makes you part of his team. I am glad he was on my side, Jeff is a very good attorney and always has his clients best at hand. I highly recommend Jeff Martin to anyone. Dealing with a death is very hard for the families, but Jeff thru his professionalism compassion, knowledge and experience made this horrible ordeal a little better to handle. We won our case and now we have time to heal. Thank you Jeff for all you have done for me and will continue to do for others.

After my husband and I both suffered injuries as the result of a distracted driver, we hired Jeff to help us with our claim. The system is definitely stacked against the victims but Jeff’s tenacity was apparent as he negotiated with the medical providers and insurance companies. He was honest with us, explaining what we could expect. He made himself available to us on weekends and evening to answer our questions and walk us through the process. Jeffrey took the time to find a video of automobile accident I was involved in. One that the police failed to provide me with. I was knocked unconscious and lost my wife during the accident, I had no memory of it. I was told that the accident was my fault. I was filled with grief and sorrow. Several months after the accident I received a call from Jeffrey informing me that he received a video of the accident and that I was not responsible for the collision. Thanks to Jeffrey my mind is at ease and he is holding those responsible for the collision accountable.

I couldn't imagine any other lawyer helping me the way Jeff did. He went out of his way to keep me in the loop and explain everything along the way. Glad the case is over but going to miss chatting with Jeff.

He was great. Even though I don't have enough to file a case he was very compassionate and informative and at least I felt I received a compassionate straight forward and honest opinion to something that was very sensitive to me and finally put my mind at rest. Others I had spoken to really didn't provide any explanation, leaving me wondering and unclear. He took the time to listen and explain and was very compassionate and knowledgeable.
