Louis has handled two LLC formations for myself, business partnership contracts as well as my 2016 personal and business taxes. In the formation of my LLCs he gave me my costs up front and guided me through the entire process. The LLC formation would be my first and his thorough questioning set my worries at easy. The entire formation was a breeze for me. With both of the LLC formations he drew up contracts for the partnerships. Took the ideas that both myself and partners had, did a little mediating between us and drew up contracts that everyone was satisfied with. His ability to effectively communicate between us, understanding our needs, and drawing firm lines in the sand were undoubtedly a cause for those partnerships success. When Louis did my 2016 taxes he found more than a few errors made by my previous accountant that left both myself, partner and business vulnerable to the IRS. Louis was able to figure out a plan to rectify my tax issues and ensure that I stay off the IRS call list.
