Top notch law firm. I have known the Newland Brothers for several years. They both produce high quality work for their clients. They are both knowledgeable and I don’t hesitate to call on Gary for any questions. He is a great attorney who genuinely cares about his clients wellbeing and livelihood. I've had the good fortune of knowing David for a number of years. David's experience as both a psychologist and attorney provides us with a unique skill set usually not seen with other attorneys. David has successfully worked with both our staff and administrators on a number of legal related issues. We know we're in good hands and plan to use his services for years to come.

I hired David to assist me after my son was not receiving the special educational services listed in his IEP from his school district. David’s past experience as an educator, as well as a recommendation from a colleague convinced me to hire him to represent my family. David worked with me in regards to the level of legal involvement that I was comfortable with, and he usually gave me several different options to consider in order to address legal issues as they came up. Initially, I only had David advising me on how to address issues with the school district by myself, and his legal advice helped to navigate several complex situations as they came up. When my wife and I decided that David would need to become more directly involved with the situation, he communicated with the school district’s attorney’s directly, and we were able to get answers to questions that we previously could not get from school administrators. I did have David attend one IEP meeting, and he handled the meeting from the approach of working collaboratively with the school’s staff and administrators, which I felt was more effective than an adversarial approach, and allowed us to have a productive IEP meeting. David was easy to communicate with, responding to my emails and phone calls very quickly. He worked very collaboratively with me as a client, always making me feel that my son’s best interests were being taken into account, and making me feel comfortable asking questions at any time. If I needed legal services regarding educational law in the future, David would definitely be an attorney that I would hire again.

David Saxe was a great help to me while I navigated the divorce process. He understands that the logistics are just one part of the process, and gave me space and time to process the emotions of the process as well. He walked me through all of my options, and helped me think through what challenges might arise with each particular route. With his guidance I was able to approach filing for divorce in a way that I was comfortable with, and that was fair to both myself and my husband. This process is never easy, but David’s steadiness and gentleness made it more bearable. I am incredibly thankful for the way he walked me through each step, and the guidance that he offered.
