After they agreed to take the case, they took 10 months to write us they “had a chance to review”. They dropped our case leaving us with numerous unpaid bills. They said they wouldn’t be able to “secure a significant settlement” and “will be taking no further action”. We were told by them when they took the case it wouldn’t be much of a settlement and yet they took the case anyway. They should finish what they started regardless of the size of the settlement.

Jay came highly recommended to me by a friend that had used his services in the past. I like that Jay comes from Aurora once per month to a city near me. There was never any question that Jay had my best interests in mind throughout the process. I met with him initially, then maybe three other times as a follow up. He kept me informed and never promised anything that he couldn't deliver. I was completely satisfied with the experience and the outcome.
