If I could give a NEGATIVE, I would, and here is why; -never return emails, state, "oh, it must be in my spam" pretty funny how the agreement wasn't in spam -never returns phone calls, rarely answers emails -I provided all the details from the May 2020 car accident and even found the witness, gave account numbers, addresses, etc. -I had to negotiate with BCBS for payment as all Goda did-she claims, was leave voice messages and emails. Funny how the BCBS adjuster called me back -I paid $70,000 (which I negotiated with them), and Goda NEVER called or emailed to see how I was after 2 significant surgeries -they made out checks wrong not once but twice -could not issue checks until Peter came back to the office; weeks would go by The list is too long to add everything, I regret my decision hiring this firm. Peter and Goda act all concerned until you sign their agreement. If you are somewhat intelligent and organized, go to another firm.
