Attorney Ameya Patankar was a pleasure to work with from the moment I first called the office. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and did a great job guiding me through the sale of my home and helping to set expectations and deliverables. One of my peeves is when someone is not responsive, moves like a turtle, and work with no sense of urgency. Not the case here. Respectful, Courteous, Attentive This attorney (Ameya Patankar) was very patient in handling my complex residential closing - tenant/city liens, HOA issues, 2nd mortgages, buyer/lender delays, you name it - it was the closing from Hell - but he persevered, and was calm every step of the way. Further, he honored a fixed fee & didn't price-gouge me the way many other attorneys have in the past. Don’t bother! They “helped” my mother in law in a closing. I called with her on the phone to ask some very specific and important questions and immediately I get attitude from both of the men attorneys. I worked at a law firm for 19 years if I would’ve ever heard an attorney speak to a client the way these two spoke to my mother in law I would have found another attorney for the closing of the home. If she ever buys another home, certainly will never come here absolutely horrible service. As an attorney you should always speak with integrity and speak to your clients with respect they are keeping you in business sadly.
