Our Homeowner's Association hired Mr. Anderson to complete a review of proposed addendum to our Protective Covenants. The entire process was highly professional. From 2016 through 2017, Colin Anderson represented us in a civil case that for all intents and purposes was likely not going to end up with the result we wanted. But given the principal of the matter (a matter that the district attorney’s office was nonetheless unwilling to pursue in criminal court due to lack of hard evidence) he still took on our case. And while the case never went to a full trial, the work he did in preparation for it, including the pre-trial discussions with the judge and attorneys, ultimately led us to a favorable outcome. Through the entire process, he was calm and professional with us and in the interactions we saw with the judge and the attorneys of the other party.
