Shana Vitek and her team represented me in my 6-year quest for 50/50 parenting time with my daughter (she's 7). It took only five (5) months for Beermann/Shana not only to negotiate 50/50 parenting time (and other matters)... but also eliminate child support payments entirely (and other financial conditions). Shana Vitek was a consummate professional from start to finish. She was beyond very thorough in her original consultation with me and made sure that she kept me in the loop the entire process. Shana took the time to listen to my concerns, provide sound legal guidance during the divorce process, and kept my best interest in mind. She always provided the pros and cons of probably dissolution of judgment outcomes that prepared me to make rational and logical decisions throughout the entire divorce process. Shana was responsive to all of my phone calls and email communications. She kept me in the loop at all times with detailed status updates.
