To David, "Doing the Right Thing" is more important than the actual dollar amounts, as he always put the client first. Kendra Marderosian was my representation recently on my first ever purchase of a home. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a lawyer, for issues that are simple like mine was, or more complex. Buying a home for the first time is a stressful experience, and I found Kendra to be very attentive and responsive to any questions or issues I had. I certainly needed my fair share of hand-holding, and Kendra was excellent at communicating with me about the various steps I needed to take, documents I needed to sign, and information I had to gather in order for my transaction to close on time. Like most people, I'm juggling many priorities, and sometimes even important tasks can slip when they aren't completely immediate. Kendra was straightforward and I appreciated her willingness and ability to tell me when I actually really needed to accomplish a particular task (in the most polite and respectful way, of course). I can also say that Kendra helped me save tens of thousands of dollars on my purchase. At one point during my transaction, a re-negotiation of the purchase price was required. Kendra provided excellent advice concerning negotiation strategy and really helped me keep my resolve even when it seemed easier to fold. If not for her reassurances and guidance, I would likely have overpaid for my home. Finally, I should mention that, while I no longer practice as my day job, I am also an attorney and I completely approve of Kendra's work from a technical standpoint. I already plan on retaining Kendra's services for other matters in the near future, and she will be the first person I call when I am need in of representation.

Hands down the best experience I have had buying real estate. Kendra kept all parties on schedule and was great about explaining decision points and nuances along the way. She was communicative throughout the whole process. March 2024 Update - I used Kendra again! It was not a totally straightforward sale and she helped me navigate all the ins and outs, not just as legal counsel but as a savvy business advisor.

Kendra is by far the best of the best!!! She took my situation and she made me feel as though it was her home that we were closing on. She was very detailed orientated, organized and extremely helpful. Available anytime I needed her with no reservations. I can't say enough about Kendra and all her help during my closing of my house that I sold. It was a very difficult situation, but she held my hand the entire time and I didn't feel alone on a island. Superb!!!!
