Been using these guys for years. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I had interactions all the way from the legal assistant to the para legal to Mr. Lucas. You can find a better group of individuals. Mr. Lucas was very informative, provided recommendations when we were in doubt with respect to doing our will and estate planning. Highly recommend this firm!

Didn't get past the initial call. I have Hyatt Legal Services and was trying to make an appointment for Elder Law to plan for my parents. As soon as I mentioned I had a Hyatt Legal Plan, the receptionist told me that I couldnt use it for my parents. I told her the plan document specially stated it covers consultation and document review for issues related to my parents. She also stated my father could not attend the appointment because the services were for me and not him. I was very put off by the resistance as well as telling me what the plan wouldnt cover when I had documetation otherwise. At that point I let her know I would consult other attorneys as it sounded like using Hyatt Legal plans was an issue. Why be part of a plan and then make it difficult for the policy holder.
